Group Operation
In order to ensure the success of your program, your group will be assigned professional operating staff member who will be available throughout your event:
- Operations Manager & Supervisors
- Airport Manager & Supervisors
- Travel Coordinator
- Operating Staff for groups & optional activities
- Operating Staff for Golf & Fishing Tournaments
All our IIT staff are full bilingual Spanish / English, as well as other language such as: French, Portuguese, Italian and German.
A Pre-con meeting will be coordinated since the signed contract with our Operation Department to introduce you with the staff that will be involved in the program as well as to review all changes, additions and operation logistics. All formats and signs for the program will be presented to the Meeting Planner for comments and authorization.
